Meowser Cat Grooming

Meowser Pet Salon was opened in September of 2004 by Angela Murdock. Striving to provide excellence in service and the greatest level of care and compassion possible to the pets she cared for, Angela worked hard to build a business her clients could trust. She began her career in the grooming industry in 1991, first learning to groom cats and dogs, and then learning veterinary nursing. Angela worked as a groomer and emergency veterinary technician for many years, giving her a unique and well rounded insight into companion animals health and well being. In addition to her many years of experience, Angela is also a Certified Feline Master Groomer (CFMG) with the National Cat Groomers Institute, and she serves as the Secretary on the board of the Utah Professional Pet Groomers Association. Angela also regularly grooms shelter and rescue cats helping them to find homes much faster. In her free time, Angela also teaches cat grooming classes and mentors local groomers in holistic and compassionate grooming practices. When she isn’t grooming you can find her taking art classes, camping, or camped out on the couch with a favorite movie or tv series surrounded by her own 4 legged family. =^.^=

In 2011, Meowser Pet Salon expanded into cats only boarding and started transitioning to a cats only grooming salon. Today, Meowser Pet Salon is dedicated to cats only grooming, with three experienced feline exclusive groomers. We strive to create the most calm and quiet environment possible, while getting to know your cat and their individual needs. We also attend continuing education classes and maintain membership with the Utah Professional Pet Groomer’s Association.
